Phone and Email based technical Support adviser dealing with many ISP related issues and requests for ADSL, SDSL, Fibre, Leased Line, PSTN Lines, Domain Names, Hosting, Virtual Machines, Dedicated servers, Voice over IP and Co-Location within 3 Datacentres.
Developed internal PHP/MySQL web system (which is still in place to date) for processing any faults for PSTN, ADSL, SDSL and Fibre lines, which included generation of reports for managers such as daily/weekly/monthly volumes/times vs targets, also kept up to date on any faults and advised if any would be close to SLA or targeted agreements to ensure all faults were up to date.
